When did you last see Anupam Kher not sporting a bald look in a film? Not that one can remember easily. The confident, marvellous actor has never shied away from his baldness and has delivered remarkable performances, film after film. Soon however, you will see him NOT BALD in a film that he has almost winded up now.

K C Bokadia (who has delivered superhits like ‘Teri Meherbaniyan’, ‘Pyar Jhukta Nahin’, ‘Naseeb Apna Apna’, ‘Kudrat Ka Kanoon’, ‘Aaj Ka Arjun’, ‘Phool Bane Angaray’, ‘Hum Tumhare Sanam’ and more), when contacted, said, “Kher saab itna ghus gaye hain role mein ki woh hardly kisise baat karte hain, apne hi zone mein rehte hain” (Kher has immersed himself so much in the character of his role that he hardly meets and talks to anybody),” he said.

Added Bokadia, “Anupam Kher is family to me. I have done 7 to 8 films with him. He is taking care of several things on the set. At times, I am a short-tempered guy; he ensures that I don’t lose my cool.”

‘The Signature‘ also stars Mahima Chaudhry in an important role. The film is a comeback for Mahima who was last seen in ‘Dark Chocolate’ in 2016. The fact that Mahima is in the film (Her shooting completed in Lucknow yesterday and Mahima is back in Mumbai; she landed at Mumbai airport at 11 am yesterday) was revealed soon after the Anupam Kher-Mahima Chaudhry video went viral yesterday, wherein we learnt the unfortunate news of Mahima having contracted cancer sometime back. However, the ‘Pardes’ star is now cancer-free, having taken all the necessary treatment.

Back to Anupam Kher. We can’t wait to see him on-screen in his non-bald avatar. Can you?
