Spain pulled off a dominant 3-0 win over Austria in the FIFA World Cup 2026 round of 32 to confirm a spot in the last 16, at the Los Angeles Stadium on Thursday.

Mikel Oyarzabal netted a brace while Pedro Porro scored another as the 2010 World Cup winner continued its pursuit for its second title, in the United States of America, Mexico and Canada.

Spain will face the winner of Portugal vs Croatia in the round of 16. Portugal, led by Cristiano Ronaldo, faces the Croats at the Toronto Stadium in Canada.
