Portugal on Tuesday announced its squad for the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2026.
Cristiano Ronaldo leads a star-studded Portuguese side that also has the likes of Bruno Fernandes, Bernardo Silva, Vitinha and many more in their ranks.
The 41-year-old Al Nassr forward is set to appear in a record sixth World Cup, with Mexican goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa and Argentine great Lionel Messi are set to join the list.
The Euro 2016 winner is in Group K with DR Congo, Colombia and Uzbekistan.

- Goalkeepers: Diogo Costa, Jose Sa, Rui Silva, Ricardo Velho
- Defenders: Diogo Dalot, Matheus Nunes, Nelson Semedo, Joao Cancelo, Nuno Mendes, Goncalo Inacio, Renato Veiga, Ruben Dias, Tomas Arajuo
- Midfielders: Ruben Neves, Joao Neves, Vitinha, Bruno Fernandes, Bernardo Silva, Joao Felix, Francisco Trincao, Francisco Conceicao, Samu Costa
- Forwards: Pedro Neto, Rafael Leao, Goncalo Guedes, Goncalo Ramos, Cristiano Ronaldo
In the run-up to the tournament, Portugal will face Chile and Nigeria in friendlies before its World Cup campaign begins against DR Congo on June 17.
It will then face Uzbekistan and Colombia on June 23 and 27 respectively.
