The actor, who started his career as a model, appearing in the music video Aankhon Mein Tera Hi Chehra by the band Aryans has often been referred to as chocolate boy and cute, a word that the actor recently admitted he hates. In an interaction with Pinkvilla, the 42-year-old said, “I always hate it when people called me cute. I hate that word, Vanilla. You know, I used to hate it when people say ‘Oh you are cute’. I hate it. I was like ‘Why would you say that to anybody.’ I never liked that word. I have learned to be graceful and accept it now, that people throw it at me. But I just felt that it is very limiting.”
Recently, the father of two celebrated his birthday and his wife Mira Rajput shared a late post for him on her IG handle, where the actor is seen dancing his heart out to the song Jee Karda from the movie Singh Is Kinng. Wearing a white hoodie set, the actor is dressed in a casual avatar as he shakes a leg, whilst wife Mira seems to be recording the video. Coming back to Farzi, the slick, spy thriller, helmed by Raj & DK is is the story of local, street-smart artist Sunny (Shahid) who in a bid to rake in quick moolah, decides to counterfeit currency notes. Joining him in this (in) famous endeavour is his childhood friend Firoz (Bhuvan Arora). The series, also starring Zakir Hussain, Vijay Sethupathi and Regina Cassandra in key roles is currently streaming on a leading OTT platform.
