As per FIFA World Cup 2026 regulations, if two or more players score the same number of goals, the number of assists followed by the number of minutes played will be the tiebreaker.
Kylian Mbappe currently leads the standings with eight goals and three assists, ahead of Lionel Messi who trails by a single assist, which is the first tie-breaker.
