India’s Sakshi Chaudhary advanced to the women’s 51kg boxing quarterfinals with a dominant 5-0 (Winner by Points) victory over Botswana’s Lethabo Modukanele at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow on Monday.
The 25-year-old Sakshi made her CWG debut after dropping down from the 54kg category in which she had competed for five years in order to take part in the selection trials where she beat accomplished compatriots such as Nikhat Zareen and Minakshi Hooda.
